Bill was able to inspect my house the next day after I contacted him. He crawled down both of my under house entry points and gathered a rat nests and placed traps for the rodents. He also informed me of some of the under house damage I have. We will be working with him to fix our outside entry points, fix the damages, and secure our home. Bill is very personable and nice. He enjoyed interacting with my young children and dog as well, since they love to follow everyone around.

I had a problem with swallow nests in the peak of a gable garage roof. Called Bill and he was able to remove it the same day. He removed two mud nests, cleaned up the area, and affixed a sheet metal covering on the area to deter or prevent reoccurrence. Bill was responsive, professional, and did an excellent job.
